Nurses in one of my workshops that I designed to introduce collaborative strategies into the practice of the nursing managers. This is what I was brought to India to do. They were fantastic. Best training experience in my life.
Students are taught to keep quiet and listen and not ask questions as they are in the school system. These nurses excelled at collaborative strategies.
